Everything was just fine! Excellent service, great location, cozy & silent room, pleasant people, tasty brakfasts, useful underground parking space. Sauna with SPA area was very good and relaxing.

Amazing place, very clean and up to date. Spacious, quiet room, spacious bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Regarding breakfast - selection and presentation of food in general was superb. Will definitely come back again.

Sehr gut

Stanze spaziose e pulite, personale professionale e sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni quando richieste, colazione ricca (prevalentemente salata) e molto buona. Posizione comoda per ogni spostamento, la metro si trova a due minuti dalla struttura, ma anche a piedi è tutto raggiungibile in poco tempo.

Sehr gut

The rooms were fabulous and very clean. We had some issue with tram noise, but we were moved. The only thing I would suggest are heavier curtains, as it was so bright at night/light was coming through curtains.

Hotel is in a superb location its clean and modern. Every single member of staff I encountered were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kraków.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, Kazimierz i Starówka spacerkiem do zwiedzania . Apartamenty bardzo nowocześnie urządzone , mieliśmy do dyspozycji ok 30 m.kw , 1,5 pokoju . Śniadania bardzo dobre ,smaczne , duży wybór i dobra jakość . Sauna nowa , dobrze działająca . Leżaki z materacami w pomieszczeniu relaksowym powinny być moim zdaniem z innego , wodoodpornego materiału wykonane . Goście zostawiają wilgotne plamy na bawełnianych materacach pomimo podkładanymi ręczników . Widoczne braki znajomosci używania sauny u niektórych gości , szczególnie tych rodzimych . Podziemny garaż (płatny) jest następnym plusem tego obiektu . Hotel warty polecenia .

Très grande chambre, propre et bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuné très bien. Cadre agréable et bonne situation dans Cracovie. Petite remarque: le boitier de commande de la clim éclaire beaucoup la nuit.
